Hidden in the lush green folds of the Sahyadris, with the majestic Sinhagad Fort standing tall ahead, our team outing at Wildernest HillTop Resort, Pune was nothing short of a refreshing escape from the usual workday rhythm.
From the moment we arrived, we knew this wasn’t just a trip, it was a chance to unwind, reconnect, and grow as a team.
We kicked off with fun-filled team-building activities, designed to bring out the creative, collaborative side of every Greenovator. Whether it was strategy, trust, or just laughter, every game strengthened our team bond in a new way.
A Session That Sparked Purpose
After a quick refresh, we all gathered for a Thoughts leadership by our Co-founder, Vinit Kulkarni. With his signature energy and insight, he walked us through Greenovative’s journey, product excellence, market presence, and achievements, but more importantly, he reminded us why we do what we do.
And of course, no retreat is complete without some well-earned fun, from swimming pool chills to indoor games and an energetic DJ night, the two days were packed with memories.
