Job description

The Strategic Partnerships Lead will be responsible for identifying, building, and scaling strategic partnerships that accelerate market access, product adoption, and revenue growth. This role focuses on developing long-term alliances with technology partners, system integrators, channel partners, and ecosystem players to expand the reach of enterprise and industrial SaaS solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners including system integrators, technology partners, channel partners, and consulting firms
  • Define partnership strategies aligned with company growth objectives, target markets, and product roadmap
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations
  • Develop partner engagement models including referral, reseller, co-selling, and technology integration frameworks
  • Work closely with sales teams to generate joint pipeline, support co-selling motions, and close partner-led deals
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on technical integrations, joint solutions, and partner enablement
  • Define and manage partner onboarding, training, certification, and enablement programs
  • Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue metrics
  • Support contract negotiations, commercial structures, and partnership agreements
  • Drive joint marketing initiatives, events, campaigns, and go-to-market activities with partners
  • Act as the internal champion for partner feedback, market insights, and ecosystem trends
  • Establish governance models, review cadences, and escalation mechanisms for partnerships
  • Document partnership frameworks, processes, and best practices

Experience & Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or ecosystem roles within B2B or enterprise technology
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and partner-led go-to-market models
  • Experience working with system integrators, technology vendors, or channel partners
  • Ability to structure and negotiate partnership agreements and commercial models
  • Strong business acumen with ability to align partner objectives with company goals
  • Experience collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams

  • Experience in industrial, energy, sustainability, or analytics-driven solutions
  • Exposure to international partnerships and cross-border collaborations
  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing, contracts, and partner incentive models
  • Experience supporting large enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder engagements
