Job description

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for enterprise and industrial SaaS solutions. This role bridges product, sales, growth, and customer success teams to ensure products are clearly differentiated, value-driven, and effectively communicated to target markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging, clearly articulating value propositions, use cases, and differentiation
  • Translate product capabilities, analytics, and technical features into compelling customer-centric narratives
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and enhancements
  • Create and maintain product marketing assets including pitch decks, solution briefs, one-pagers, case studies, and demos
  • Work closely with product management to understand roadmap, features, and customer needs
  • Enable sales teams with clear messaging, competitive positioning, objection handling, and value stories
  • Support demand generation and growth teams with campaign messaging, content themes, and market insights
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to refine positioning
  • Define and manage buyer personas, ICPs, and use-case-based messaging frameworks
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to capture success stories, outcomes, and proof points
  • Ensure consistent product messaging across website, content, sales collateral, and customer communications
  • Track and measure effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and continuously improve messaging
  • Maintain documentation of messaging frameworks, positioning guides, and competitive intelligence

Experience & Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and product launch execution
  • Experience working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Ability to communicate complex technical or analytical products in simple, value-driven language
  • Experience creating customer-facing and sales-enablement content
  • Strong research and analytical skills to interpret market and customer insights

  • Experience supporting ABM, enterprise campaigns, or solution marketing
