Job description

The Growth & Demand Generation Lead will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline growth through structured demand generation, account-based marketing, and data-driven growth initiatives. This role focuses on creating predictable lead flow for enterprise sales by combining digital marketing, content, campaigns, and performance analytics aligned to industrial SaaS solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own and execute demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads and opportunities for enterprise sales teams
  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, partnerships, and outbound support
  • Build and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Work closely with sales teams to align on ICPs, target accounts, buyer personas, and pipeline priorities
  • Develop and manage marketing funnels from awareness to MQL, SQL, and opportunity stages
  • Create and manage content strategies including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and value-driven assets
  • Drive website conversions, landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture mechanisms
  • Plan and execute campaigns around product launches, industry events, webinars, and partner initiatives
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics to improve conversion rates and ROI
  • Manage marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Support sales enablement with pitch decks, solution narratives, and value propositions
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to translate capabilities into compelling market messaging
  • Continuously test, experiment, and optimize growth initiatives using A/B testing and performance insights
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and campaign timelines

Experience & Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales funnels and long sales cycle dynamics
  • Experience running ABM, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing programs
  • Hands-on experience with digital channels including SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, and webinars
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance, attribution, and ROI
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes

  • Understanding of SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
