Job description

The Enterprise Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of enterprise-grade software and analytics solutions for large customers. This role ensures successful onboarding, configuration, deployment, and adoption of solutions while coordinating across internal teams and customer stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise solutions, from project kickoff to go-live and stabilization
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with internal teams and customers
• Coordinate with product, engineering, analytics, DevOps, and support teams to ensure smooth execution of implementation activities
• Oversee system configuration, integrations, data onboarding, and user setup as per customer requirements
• Manage data migration, validation, and readiness activities to ensure accurate and reliable system performance
• Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and constraints, and proactively manage mitigation plans
• Track project progress, resource utilization, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Ensure implementation follows defined processes, security standards, and compliance requirements
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live planning, and production rollout activities
• Ensure smooth handover to support and customer success teams post go-live
• Conduct regular status reviews, progress updates, and escalation management with internal and customer stakeholders
• Document implementation plans, configurations, workflows, and customer-specific requirements
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve implementation frameworks and best practices

Technical & Functional Requirements

• Strong understanding of enterprise software implementations and delivery methodologies
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, system integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Understanding of data onboarding, validation, and system configuration processes
• Ability to work closely with technical teams while effectively communicating with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools, documentation, and tracking mechanisms

• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations effectively
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on successful adoption and outcomes

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS, analytics, or industrial software platforms
• Exposure to energy, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure-focused solutions
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex IT environments
