Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.) for campaign management and lead nurturing.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance and user behavior.
  • Ability to create compelling content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other tactics to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create marketing materials such as ads, banners, and social media posts.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) for managing customer relationships and segmenting target audiences.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and developing strategies to engage prospects at every stage.

Good to have:

  • Experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination, including webinars and industry conferences.
  • Familiarity with video marketing and content creation for platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
  • Understanding of branding strategies and how to apply them in marketing materials and campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads for the business.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted campaigns that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid media.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters to engage and nurture prospects.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Use analytics tools to track KPIs and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and product guides to support sales efforts.
  • Coordinate and manage promotional events, webinars, and other marketing activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media, and influencers to increase brand exposure.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools to continuously improve strategies.

Yes, we stress a lot on sense of ownership in everything we do. You will work in an advanced, efficient backend and frontend stacks to power high performance apps. You will learn how high-scale software design is done and then deploy it to production, cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/GCP and work on most advanced technology frameworks and databases. To achieve you need to understand Distributed Systems, Algorithms and Data Structures, Database Scaling Techniques.
