Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our corporate sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior management, marketing, and customer support teams to understand client needs, identify new business opportunities, and deliver customized solutions that align with client objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term, strategic relationships with high-value clients.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in selling digitalization products.
  • Strong understanding of the automation sector, including current trends, technologies, and market demands.
  • Familiarity with sales processes in complex sales cycles, from initial needs assessment and solution design to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
  • Expertise in consultative sales, able to assess customer challenges and provide custom automation solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to manage relationships and track sales activities.
  • Experience with conducting product demonstrations, RFP/RFQ processes, and presenting to senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to drive long-term, high-value contracts.

Good to have:

  • Experience in the automation sector or with related technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning.
  • Knowledge of business process optimization and how automation solutions can enhance operational performance.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based automation platforms and software solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management, and support) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and working closely with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and partnership longevity.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs of high-value B2B accounts, focusing on automation solutions that drive business growth.
  • Consultative Sales & Solution Design: Understand client business challenges and provide customized automation solutions that align with their operational objectives and improve efficiency.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities within the corporate sector, prospecting potential clients and expanding the business network.
  • Product Demonstrations & Technical Presentations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to communicate the value of automation solutions to prospective clients.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations for large, complex contracts, ensuring agreements deliver value to both clients and the company. Close high-value deals and meet sales targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance and account activities using CRM tools. Provide regular reports to senior management and forecasts on sales pipeline health and revenue growth.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and new technology developments to stay ahead in the sales process and identify potential growth areas.
  • Post-Sales Relationship Management: Partner with customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction after sales and identify opportunities for account expansion, including upsell and cross-sell.

You will learn how high-scale software design is done and then deploy it to production, cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/GCP and work on most advanced technology frameworks and databases. To achieve you need to understand Distributed Systems, Algorithms and Data Structures, Database Scaling Techniques.
